We’re proud to welcome and announce Rick Scott to the Intersect Healthcare team as Senior Vice President of Business Development.
Rick Scott recently joined the Intersect Healthcare, Inc. (IHI) and Denial Research Group, Inc. (DRG) as Senior Vice President – Business Development. Rick is tasked with evaluating the business to identify opportunities that will be beneficial to the organization, and ultimately deliver value to our business partners. Rick is dedicated to building and maintaining long-term relationships that will be beneficial for both our clients and IHI/DRG.
Rick has been a business development professional for over 30 years. He worked for five years as a Commercial Lines Underwriter at The Hartford Insurance Group, and for the past 25 years as Vice President – Business Development at BFPE International, a woman-owned, national leader in designing, providing, and installing fire protection systems and equipment.
Rick was an active member of the Fire Suppression System Association (FSSA) for over 20 years (He served in all of the executive roles in the organization, including treasurer, vice president, and president). Rick also serves on the Board of Directors for the State of Maryland Athletic Hall of Fame.
